At Babuby LLC, we stand by the quality of our skincare products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review all product descriptions and ingredient lists before making a purchase. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend conducting a patch test before full use.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@babuby.com. Be sure to include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Babuby LLC is not responsible for items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your shipping and billing information before completing your purchase.
